I am relieved to confirm that the Court of Appeal has overturned the High Court ruling on #citizenship / naturalisation to the extent that the Court does not agree that continuous residence must be entirely unbroken. However, the Minister's limit of 6 weeks absence is upheld.

Today we enjoyed presenting to @uccfamlawclinic @LawUCC our framework for enhancing children’s participation in #familylaw & #childlaw lively discussions on how evidence informed family law can work to facilitate better outcomes for children and families. #uncrc30
